It’s Christmas time and a lot of events are coming up.
What: #TheDisConnect – A Collection of drawings, stories and photography by OlaToxic
Where: Osh Gallery, 381 Herbert Macaulay Way, Yaba
When: Saturday 13th December – Tuesday 23rd December 2014
Yesterday, Saturday, I was at the opening of @0Toxic‘s exhibition #TheDisConnect at the Osh Gallery on Herbert Macaulay Way, Yaba. The paintings and photographs are lovely. The exhibition is open till the 23rd and you should definitely go see it.
There have been two editions of theTPL.
Where: Children’s International School, 8 Funke Zainab Usman Street, Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1

#TPL3 promises to be even more awesome than the first two. If you open an Access Bank account at the event, you could win N50,000. There’ll be good music, exciting football matches, fine girls and boys (IJGBs too) and more. Come eat, drink, have fun, meet people and win great prizes.

The first edition of #BallForBorno took place on the 31st of March 2014 at the Syrian Club, Ikoyi in an effort to gather relief items for people displaced by the Boko Haram crisis plaguing Nigeria.

The 7th edition of TheNakedConvos‘ offline event: The Naked Convos series is happening next Sunday. There’ll be good music, a lot of games and plenty prizes to be won, and a lot of socializing.
What: #TNC7 – Lights Out
Where: The Fuse Lounge – 46 Saka Tinubu Street Victoria Island, Lagos
When: 3pm on Sunday 21st November 2014
This edition of TNC will be different from previous editions as there will be no panel.
The event will be hosted by Wale Adetula and Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi.
Tickets to #TNC7 cost N2000 and will be sold at the venue.

Christmas on the Streetz has been happening since December 25th, 2012. Money raised will be used to prepare lunch and buy things for the kids. Food, clothes, books, toys and so on are more than welcome. come out, volunteer and spread some Christmas cheer.

Where: Makoko. (Meet Up Point: E-Centre, Sabo, Yaba)
When: 10am on the 25th of December
There’ll be a bus from E-Centre to take everyone to Yaba and at the end, everyone will be dropped off at E-Centre
