My (School) Trip To Togo

My school organized this french excursion to Togo mainly for SS3 French students but other students were welcome. This is a summary of how it went:

Day 1
We left Naija at 9 am (approximately). The teacher left his phone at school so we had to turn back to get it. At Badagry, we had a flat tyre. we spent about an hour trying to fix it. We got to Seme Border at around 12:30pm. We spent an hour there for clearance. After that we got to one toll gate like that. Some people took pictures and the Benin police vexed and collected the cameras. It took about 45 minutes of pleading and a few CFAs for us to get the cameras back. We got to the restaurant we were supposed to eat lunch at about 5pm only to realize that the food wasn’t ready and they had to cook it there for us. Because of time, we couldn’t wait so we bought biscuits and drinks. At 8:15 we realize that we took a wrong turn and after asking around for the way to the border, we finally got there at 9:40pm. We spent 70 minutes at the border – we left the Benin – Togo Border at 10:50pm. We got to the hotel at 12:20am. We ate food. We slept like around 2am.

Day 2
Woke up 8am. Ate breakfast 10am. Church, Praise Chapel Int’l Churches. The pastor’s birthday is/was today. They were singing Yoruba and Igbo praise songs(basically nigerian languages). Turns out Pastor is a nigerian from Cross River State. –1pm to 2:20pm. We got back to the hotel to eat lunch. We left for the beach at 5pm got there at 6pm. Beautiful scenery.
